All products in our store are fulfilled by third-party suppliers through Shopify Collective. Returns and refunds are subject to the following terms:

Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at https://whiskerswagsnwhinnies.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, you'll receive a return shipping label via email.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 60 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging
• Final sale items

Shipping Costs Return shipping is provided at no cost to you.
